Article 1 – Definitions
These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") are provided by Regnum Limited, company registration no. 938720166, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France ("Seller", "we", "us" or "our").
- "Site": The official Kalohia Canada website, kalohia-canada.com, including its associated pages.
- "Products" or "Services": Goods and services offered for purchase through the Site.
- "Customer": An individual or business purchasing Products or Services through the Site.
- "Consumer": An individual purchasing goods or services primarily for personal, family or household purposes, as defined by applicable consumer protection legislation.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having reviewed these T&Cs and agrees to their application, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
Article 2 – Scope and Acceptance
These T&Cs govern purchases made through Kalohia Canada.
We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed, subject to applicable law.
Before completing a purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your order details, delivery charges and total price.
Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial consumer protection legislation.
Article 3 – Customer Account
Creating a customer account may be optional or required for certain features.
You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number where necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unlawful activity or material violations of these T&Cs, where permitted by law.
Article 4 – Orders & Checkout
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate Product descriptions, photographs, prices and specifications.
Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
To place an order, select your Products, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Before completing your purchase, you can review and correct your order information, including quantities, shipping details and the total amount payable.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email in accordance with applicable requirements.
We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues or product unavailability, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 5 – Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on kalohia-canada.com are expressed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise clearly indicated.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout in accordance with applicable law.
Our standard shipping rates are:
- Standard Shipping (with tracking): CAD $4.95
- Express Shipping (with tracking): CAD $7.95
The total amount payable will be presented before you confirm your purchase.
We may change prices for future orders. Confirmed orders will remain subject to the price agreed at checkout, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
We do not directly store complete payment card details. Payments are handled by authorized third-party payment providers.

Article 6 – Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across Canada, subject to shipping availability and any restrictions indicated at checkout.
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed before payment.
- Standard Shipping: CAD $4.95
- Express Shipping: CAD $7.95
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding applicable holidays.
Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some orders may be fulfilled through international warehouses.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Where applicable consumer protection laws establish mandatory delivery deadlines, cancellation rights or refund obligations, those requirements will apply.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipments are insured against loss or theft during transit. If a shipment is confirmed lost or stolen before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Any applicable customs duties or import charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the information provided at checkout.
Article 7 – Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Kalohia Canada offers a voluntary 30-day return policy beginning on the date of delivery.
This policy is provided in addition to any mandatory cancellation, refund or legal warranty rights available under Canadian consumer protection legislation.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Cancellation rights for online purchases vary by province and territory.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction, Consumers may have the right to cancel an order, including where required contractual information was not provided or delivery obligations were not fulfilled.

Kalohia 30-Day Return Policy
Eligible Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Plush companions and relaxation lamps may be returned even if opened or gently used, provided they are not damaged or excessively worn.
For hygiene reasons, pet-oriented Products must generally be unused and returned in their original condition, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Where reasonably possible, please include the original packaging, accessories and manuals.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
For voluntary returns, return shipping costs are generally the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable return conditions and mandatory legal requirements.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your Product arrives defective, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the Product and packaging.
Depending on applicable consumer protection laws, available remedies may include repair, replacement, cancellation or refund at no additional cost.
Nothing in our voluntary 30-day return policy limits or replaces statutory consumer rights or legal warranties.
Article 8 – Product Quality & Consumer Rights
Our Products are designed for personal relaxation, comfort and general wellness purposes as described on the Site.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Products are subject to applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation and mandatory legal warranties.
Depending on the province or territory, Consumers may be entitled to remedies where goods are defective, unsuitable for their ordinary intended purpose or do not match their description.
Quebec Consumers may benefit from additional legal warranties under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
Our voluntary commercial policies do not replace or restrict mandatory legal protections.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alterations or normal wear and tear may not be covered by our voluntary policies, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by improper use of Products.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective Products, legal warranties or consumer remedies.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, trademarks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Regnum Limited unless otherwise indicated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Article 12 – Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply, provided they remain consistent with applicable law.
These T&Cs, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, govern purchases made through the Site.
Article 13 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of France, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Consumers residing in Canada retain the benefit of mandatory protections available under applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial laws.
Nothing in these T&Cs requires Consumers to waive any rights, remedies or access to competent courts or consumer protection authorities that cannot lawfully be waived.
